I’m excited to offer group HypnoBirthing classes for those in Utah Valley (or those willing to travel). Classes meet in Orem at the Boostability office, located off of the I-15 and Center Street. Classes run for 5 weeks and are 2 and a half hours long.

Saturdays, 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.– January 27th, February 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th
Prices
$200 for 5 weeks of instruction. This includes all HypnoBirthing class materials you’ll need — book, binder of handouts, & practice CDs. I also offer $25 off the class price for referring an expecting friend who also signs up for the class. A group class must have at least 2 mothers signed up. Classes that do not meet this minimum one week prior to the first day of class will be canceled and a refund will be issued. So PLEASE sign up at least ONE WEEK before the class starts! Do not wait until the last minute!
$300 Private class — For those with a schedule that won’t work with currently offered times for whatever reason (approaching due date, work conflicts, want to get the class done in one weekend, etc.), or simply a personal preference for individual instruction. I will travel up to 20 miles from Orem, contact me for details.
A deposit of $75 is required to hold your spot in the class and to order your book, CDs, and binder. The remaining balance ($125) will be due the first day of class. You may return to this page before then and select the option to pay the remaining balance in the form below, or you may bring a check or credit card in person to class. Your deposit and class fee are non-refundable. Please sign up early enough in your pregnancy that you won’t have to worry about missing classes if your baby is born early.
